I read somewhere (don’t remember where) that if you’re afraid that your current jobs rots your mind then it most probably does.

Time to move on (again). This time the people are nice (yet) but the company/job is the worst hairy chaos I’ve come across. It’s a total professional suicide by quicksand. Bureaucracy, landlocked/fenced garden technology, endless procedures, not the slightest trace of documentation, disorganisation, maintenance of shitty code, zero creativity… Need I go on?

The real question that tortures me is this: Is it me that I’m landing backwater jobs or the sheer number of such jobs makes them inevitable?

Damn, I’m getting old for the bitchy IT career. Maybe I should start considering a bold career change like inventing a religion.
